I went there to try out for the first time and I really enjoyed it! I have tried several BJJ places in Katy and they just didn’t seem to click with me. But after visiting today the vibe was very great! Professor Holly and Ronnie and the team members are very welcoming. I’m not in for competition nor do I plan on it, I’m seeking to build my confidence in self defense and I feel like I will gain that here. Everyone are there to enjoy and learn Jiu-jitsu. I will definitely be joining soon and looking forward to an awesome experience!

It’s only been about 8 months since I started training here but I love the environment! Everone is super welcoming and kind. The professors, Ronnie and Holly, demonstrate the technique then we practice with a partner as the professors walk around and help. Near the end of class we “roll” and practice sparring with other classmates. Not only am I learning to defend myself as a 5’1 lady, but I’m getting a killer work out. I’m always dying by the end of class. I’m looking forward to continuing my training and maybe even going to some tournaments!

Professors Holly and Ronnie are absolutely amazing! They foster a culture of inclusiveness, confidence and teamwork. They are extremely technical in their teachings, yet breakdown their instruction so that beginners, seasoned practitioners and competition athletes can understand.
